Keto Gochujang Wings

You can make a delicious, low-carb Keto Gochujang Wings recipe that fits a low-sugar, high-protein lifestyle inspired by low-carb cooking principles. [1]

Ingredients

• 3 lb chicken wings • 4 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste) • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 2 tbsp sesame oil • 2 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine (or sherry) • 2 tbsp brown sugar replacement (like Swerve) • 3 cloves garlic, minced • Scallions and sesame seeds for garnish [2]

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Score each chicken wing a few times with a knife so the flavor gets inside .
  3. Whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sweetener, rice wine, and garlic.
  4. Pour two-thirds of the marinade into a bag with the wings and coat them well. Save the rest for basting.
  5. Bake the wings for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove them, brush with the saved marinade, and bake for another 5 minutes. Repeat this basting process three more times.
